Respect
At Today4U we believe in working 'with' young people. We believe that young people are the experts of their own lives. We respect their voice and lived experiences. Where possible we involve them in decision-making and, where decisions cannot align with their wishes (for safety reasons, for example), we have honest conversations around this.

Empowerment
We believe that when young people have exposure to inspiring ideas and opportunities they are able to build their confidence. Staff at Today4U want our young people to feel confident and capable when they move onto independence. We want to empower them to become active contributors and collaborators in society.

Independence
Achieving independence is an essential part of the journey to adulthood. We recognise that for young people to feel that they have independence we need to provide them opportunities to try new things and allow them to make decisions for themselves. Our homes provide young people with the stability and support required in order to develop skills needed to live independently.

Community Engagement
At Toady4U we want to build better connectivity between our young people and local community organisations. We believe that young people make invaluable contributions to communities and are empowered when they participate.
