Getting Young People ready for and sustaining Independence

The level of key worker support that we allocate depends on the young person’s level of need. A full assessment of need is completed based off the referral and initial screening. Today4U categorizes its service into three categories; low, medium and high support. The goal is to provide the necessary level of support and guidance to young people, helping them develop essential skills required to live independently.

We believe in applying a strengths-based, person-centered approach when working with young people. Support Plans are individualized to take into account the specific cultural, educational, emotional and mental health needs of each young person.

Today4U also offers a move-on service to help young people find and maintain their own independent accommodation. We provide floating support or community outreach services in order to empower them to live as fully and independently as possible within their local community.
